Panissimo: What does bread mean to you ?
Lauriane: Being vegetarian, this is a key element of my diet. I eat bread everyday. I particularly love whole grain bread.

Panissimo: Apart from Pain Paillasse, do you enjoy other bakery-pastry-confectionery?
Lauriane: Yes, I love chocolate tartelette (caracs), truffled cakes, and chocolate, which I eat with moderation, but with a lot of pleasure.

Panissimo: Is being an ambassador for Pain Paillasse and staying slim compatible?
Of course because eating bread is heatlhy, and does not make me put on weight. Bread has to be eaten with moderation. Quality has priority on quantity in order to have a healthy and balanced diet.
