Originally from the canton of Vaud, the man, Aim\u00e9 Pouly is the prototype of the clear-sighted, intelligent, mischievous baker who is passionate about his trade. He knew how to forge a link between tradition and the adventure of running a company. The fact is that the artisan-entrepreneur – who has built a fine empire – has never ceased to keep his eyes on the horizon over the last 25 years, while giving priority to his old reflexes, and to patiently build his success on a craftsmanship consistently geared to quality and tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n
